It depends on where you are. Orders are typically processed same day except on weekends. If you are near Pittsburgh shipping takes 2-3 days and further distances take 5-7 business days to arrive. We provide local Delivery within 1 mile of the shops.

Contact us through email or text and we can email you a shipping label. Enclose items back in original packaging and affix shipping label. We will deduct the shipping amount from your return amount.
Purchase a gift card online and include the gift recipients information. We will wrap a gift card and send to the recipient. If the person does not live near our physical locations we can provide an online code to shop.

After placing your order, you can pick it up from our store during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation.
